JAMS AND PRESERVES
We make our jams and preserves using seasonal produce and we only use fresh fruit at the perfect point of ripeness. We try to select the best produce from areas with the best growing conditions and where possible we use local or zero food mile produce. We don’t use thickeners and we use cane sugar to sweeten. Some of our products are made for people who need or choose to avoid sugar, so we use agave syrup to sweeten some of our jams.
Our jams are great for breakfast time or to add to puddings. Our preserves make an excellent accompaniment to meats and cheeses and will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
